STEAM Mini Camps at Brickspace

Veteran’s Day (Ages 4 and up)
Campers will be grouped by age and building experience. Learn about Veteran’s Day! Design, build and test jets, ships, planes, tanks, and build a cool American flag pin to take home. Our campers will show our gratitude for our servicemen away from home by making our veterans cards and letters.
 
12pm to 3pm
The Science of Yeast and Baking Soda in Cooking 
Campers will make bread an pancake. They will explore how yeast helps make bread rise. When yeast eats sugar, it produces carbon dioxide gas. This gas makes the bread dough rise and creates air pockets in the bread.
Campers will also make pancakes and explore how baking soda helps pancakes rise twice!!! Making old fashioned butter will also be included!
$45 for Half Day / $75 Full Day
 
Camper (all day camp) must bring own lunch for lunch break scheduled from 11:30 am -12 pm. No nuts please.
Campers will be grouped by age and/or experience.
